Taylor 2081, with patented Meta-Tec® technology, is a non-flammable, high-solids, advanced cross-linking resin blend adhesive recommended for the interior installation of commercial direct glue down and double stick carpet installations over approved substrates. It can be used for the installation of all non-vinyl backed carpet including polypropylene (Action Bac®), jute, latex unitary, hot melt, attached polyurethane cushion, polyurethane laminate, needle punched, Axminster, and all backings designed for the installation of direct glue down carpets. The cross-linking technology is formulated to achieve a permanent installation and the adhesive, when fully cured, achieves a waterproof bond. A solvent-free, low-odor adhesive that meets all Federal, State and local governmental indoor air quality regulations. NOT recommended for vinyl-backed carpets. Do not use outdoors.
