Taylor 2903 is a versatile, non-flammable, water-based, clear acrylic co-polymer adhesive that can be used "wet or dry" on horizontal surfaces. Specifically designed for the interior installation of approved carpet cushion to substrate in a double stick installation, vinyl backed carpet, vinyl backed broadloom carpet and modular tiles, and it can also be used to install solid vinyl tiles. Do not use outdoors.
