A fast tacking, synthetic rubber adhesive, formulated to bond carpet padding to floors rapidly to facilitate the installation of carpet. May be used on all types of sponge rubber, foam rubber, primed and bonded urethane, as well as all jute and hair carpet pads. Normally used under both sides of all seams, around perimeter and in selected field areas where needed.
