Mr. Raidy is President of W.F. Taylor Co., Inc. headquartered in Fontana, California.

Mr. Raidy assumed the Presidency of the Company in 1997 and previously served as Executive Vice President from 1993. Prior to joining the Company in 1993, Mr. Raidy was President of Foremost Products, Inc. a distributor and manufacturing agency servicing major floorcovering manufacturers in the western United States. Mr. Raidy has over 24 years experience in sales, marketing and manufacturing in the floorcovering and construction industries.

Mr. Raidy is a member of the San Gabriel Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization. He has been selected as Guest Lecture Series Speaker at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

Mr. Raidy is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business Administration and received a B.S. in dual majors of International Finance and Marketing.

Mr. Raidy is Corporate Vice President headquartered in Fontana, California.

Mr. Raidy, President of Foremost Products, Inc. (FPI) for the last 7 years has worked for FPI in a sales capacity since 1985. FPI is a distributor and manufacturing agency servicing major floorcovering manufacturers in the western United States including W.F. Taylor. Prior to joining FPI, Mr. Raidy held the position of Office Manager for the Flexible Packaging Division of the American Can Company. Mr. Raidy is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.

Mr. Raidy will continue to run Foremost Products while assuming his new duties as Corporate Vice President.

Barry Wright

Located at W.F. Taylor’s Dalton, Georgia manufacturing plant, Mr. Wright has served as Executive Vice President since 2001. Previously, General Manager responsible for expanding Taylor’s manufacturing and sales efforts in the Eastern United States, Barry has twenty- three years overall experience in all phases of adhesives business, including product development, manufacturing and general management. In his current capacity, he is responsible for overall business strategies and business development.

Barry has represented the company in various trade associations and industry development capacities. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis and California Polytechnic University where he received B.S. and MBA degrees in Science and Business.

Kenneth T. Mai

As Taylor’s National Sales Manager, Ken Mai is located at their Dalton, GA location.

Ken came to Taylor in March 1999. Prior to joining the company, Ken was General Sales Manager for the Armstrong/Henry Company. He also held various other positions during his 22+ years with the Henry Company. Currently, Ken has over 27 years experience in the adhesive industry.

Ken, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, moved to Georgia in 1999 to be with Taylor. He is a graduate of St. Peter’s College, New Jersey, where he received a B.S. Degree in Marketing Management.

Kenneth R. Sandefur

Kenneth R. Sandefur is Vice President / Treasurer of W. F. Taylor Co. Inc. Mr. Sandefur is responsible for accounting, tax, financial planning and budgeting, analysis and financial reporting, finance and treasury functions.

Prior to joining W. F. Taylor Co. Inc in 1988, Mr. Sandefur was the Controller for a large industrial wire manufacturing company located in Orange County California servicing the building construction industry. Mr. Sandefur has 28 years of business experience in the accounting and manufacturing field.

Mr. Sandefur’s civic involvement includes his long time participation in the local American Youth Soccer Association and the high school soccer program.

Mr. Sandefur is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. degree in Accounting.

Sandra J. Kudron

Sandra J. Kudron is the Vice President of Administration, joining W. F. Taylor Co., Inc. in 1988 as the Assistant Controller. Kudron moved to Director of Purchasing, and then to Director of Administration and in 1996 became the Vice President of Administration. Ms. Kudron is responsible for human resources, payroll and payroll taxes, employee benefits, employment polices and procedures, purchasing & price negotiations with corporate vendor accounts and coordination of trade show exhibitions, conventions and conferences.

Ms. Kudron brings to W. F. Taylor a wide range of experience and knowledge having served as Accounting Manager for a manufacturer of industrial furnaces and kilns for eight years and for a manufacturer of mining equipment for seven years.

Ms. Kudron’s educational background specialized in computer science and accounting having received degrees from Cerritos College and Golden West College.

Robert K. Ddamulira

Located at W.F. Taylor’s Dalton, Georgia manufacturing plant, Bob Ddamulira joined W. F. Taylor Co., Inc. in 1996 as the Senoir Research Chemist.

Bob is responsible for the Taylor Technical Team, which comprises of talented technical personnel with background in Chemistry, Geology, Microbiology and Physics. This team serves in the Research & Development and Quality Control Departments.

Bob has over twenty years overall experience in the adhesives business, including manufacturing, and product development. Prior to joining the Taylor Team in 1996, Bob worked for two of the leading adhesive manufacturing companies in Canada.

Bob has represented the company and presented papers in various technical conferences. Bob attended University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada; Akron University, Akron, Ohio; and Makerere University, Kampala Uganda where he received a B.S. degree in dual major of Chemistry and Geology.
